Rumours of a Mean Girls reunion have been rife since Lindsay Lohan posted a picture of herself with Rajiv Surendra who played Kevin G and Daniel Franzese who played Damian on 14 February.
But the blockbuster’s writer Tina Fey denied reports that there will be a reunion movie.
The 43-year-old told Access Hollywood: ‘[There's] definitely not a movie. It's just the anniversary is coming up, so everybody get your pink shirts. It's been 10 years. You can tell when you look at me it's been 10 years.’
The comedienne shot down rumours there could be a sequel after its star, Lindsay, last week revealed she'd been approached by Fey.
The 27-year-old revealed on The Tonight Show she had been talking to the movie’s writer Tina, but remained tight-lipped about a reunion.
